Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Lombardi Bets website, educational content, membership community, and coaching services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or submitting a request through this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Lombardi Bets is a sole proprietorship operated by Tristian in Ontario, Canada (“Lombardi Bets”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is legal to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that both are true. We may terminate access immediately, without refund, if we learn otherwise.

You are solely responsible for knowing and following the gambling laws that apply where you live. Nothing we provide is an assurance that any activity is legal in your jurisdiction.

02 What we are, and what we are not

Lombardi Bets sells education, analysis, and coaching. That is the entirety of what you are paying for.

• We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, hold, settle, or broker wagers of any kind.
• We never take custody of, hold, or manage your gambling funds or your betting accounts.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any sportsbook, casino, or sports league. Any book named in our content is named for identification only.
• We are not licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advisers, and nothing we provide is advice of that kind.

Every wager you place is your own decision, made with your own money, at your own risk. Our analysis is information, not instruction.

03 No guarantee of results

04 Accounts and access

Access to the membership community and course materials is personal to you. You may not share, resell, transfer, or provide access to your account or its content to anyone else. Doing so ends your access immediately and without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and community access secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

05 Fees, renewal, and cancellation

Pricing is confirmed to you directly before any purchase. Subscription memberships bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. There is no automatic or guaranteed refund. If you believe your situation warrants one, email us and a person will read it and reply. Refunds are not provided because a wager lost, because results in a given period were negative, or because you did not use your access.

06 Intellectual property

All course materials, written analysis, spreadsheets, calculators, recordings, and community content are owned by Lombardi Bets and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own betting while your access is active.

You may not copy, republish, redistribute, screenshot for distribution, resell, or use our materials to build a competing product or service. We take this seriously and will act on it.

07 Acceptable conduct

Inside the community, do not harass other members, post spam or solicitations, share other members’ information, or promote services we have not approved. We may remove anyone at any time for conduct that damages the room, without refund.

08 Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including our website host and the community platform we use. Their availability is outside our control, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes, or acts. Your dealings with any sportsbook are entirely between you and that sportsbook.

09 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lombardi Bets is not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if you are ineligible under section 1, or if your conduct harms the community or the business. You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
